For CNCO’s global livestream concert, Walter Kolm pegged us to project manage everything from A/V production, theme concepting, logistics, and coordination. We spearheaded a large team of creatives, designers, choreographers, videographers, lighting designers, editors, and audio-visual engineers to work closely with CNCO’s vision for their last performance together through the international distributor, OCESA. The final product was a high-caliber mix of Miami-based tropical storytelling to ramp up to the concert at Ace Props where the CEO of Sony Music Latin, Alex Gallardo presented the artists with Platinum records.
